NEW BOOKINGS

All new bookings require a 50% deposit for new and existing clients.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 1 day (24hrs) of your scheduled appointment.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

 

If you are booked in for a service you no longer require please let us know asap as you may still be charged 50% of the service as the time has already been allocated for you.

We send out confirmation texts 3 days prior to your appointment, we kindly ask you to respond YES confirm or call 9571-8131 to reschedule.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW

If you cancel your appointment less than 1 day prior or do not attend your appointment, you will forfeit the booking fee and pay 50% of your service.
